Legendary British heavy metal band Iron Maiden is heading out on the road and into the Mandalay Bay Events Center on July 3, 2017, as part of its Book of Souls world tour. The band, out of Leyton east of London, kicked off in 1975 and introduced the British metal sound with its screeching guitars and dynamic vocals.

Iron Maiden won its first Grammy Award (best metal performance) in 2011 for the song “El Dorado.” The band earned Grammy nominations for “Fear of the Dark” in 1994 and “The Wicker Man” in 2001.
